This application allows you to inventory all of your I.T. assets such as PC's, Monitors, Faxes, Printers, Scanners, Routers, Access Points, and much more. The most important feature allows anyone with any computer that has network access to create a service ticket requesting I.T. support. For example you could create a general user name and password so users in any department can create an I.T. service request. You will be notified by email of all new tickets, and or through the administrators application. You then with an administrator account can login and view and assign the new ticket to one of your technicians. This will generate an email to the tech and then they can login and see only the tickets assigned to them. Once done they can email the administrator the completed details and an email can also be sent to the user who created the ticket. All emails are sent without any email client and performed in the background with zero setup from you. If you decide to enable the email function all the computers will need to have internet access to this site.
