An application that allows your work team to communicate through. Log conversations you had with a client and create task for team members to perform. Task once created are emailed to that member and also shows in their list when they login to the application. You can create an administrator account to see all records or create a standard user that can only see conversations that they have entered and only task that are assigned to them. Standard users can also assign other users task. Run reports on open or closed task, or run a report to see prior conversation records.

Converse was designed to look & feel like a web page, but is a fully networkable desktop application. Install on just one of your networked computers. Then share the installation folder then create a shortcut on any other computers desktop pointing to the converse.exe file in that shared folder. There are no files to install on these other computers. If Microsoft Vista is used as the Server or main computer then make sure you install Converse in a folder that has the ability to have files modified. Microsoft Vista by default protects folders in the program files folder from having write ability.

The above window is where you can edit prior conversations and add any comments.

With the above window you can run reports and either export to the screen, printer, or an excel file.

The above is the window you can create a task for yourself or any other user. Afterwards the task is emailed and save to the database so that user can view it when they login.

This window allows you to view your tickets either currently open tickets or closed tickets. A standard user can only edit the resolution field on this window. Administrator users can edit all of them.
