Three Day Master is designed for users of Yardi Voyager. This application will allow automated printing of Three Day notices. All you have to do is copy & paste from Yardi Voyager. You could use this application even if you don't use Yardi by importing your delinquent tenant info from Excel. Once you click the Print button you will be asked if you want to add late fees and the smallest delinquent amount in which to add the late fees. You can also print a nice letter for those that have small balances.
